To request deletion of your ReadyFox account and associated account data, email readyfox-help@outlook.com from the email address associated with your ReadyFox account.
Please include ReadyFox Account Deletion Request in the subject line.
If you are signed in to the app, please also include your Support ID from Settings > Account Details.
We will review the request and process eligible account deletion requests. We may need to retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting, or transaction records.
